Superintendent and Skilled Carpenter
Small remodel and construction company looking for a superintendent and skilled lead carpenter with their own truck or van, a decent set of tools (large tools not required, but helpful). Company vehicle provided for some jobs.
Proficiency in most to all trades from concrete/foundation work, framing, siding, flooring, sheetrock, tile, finish work, painting and roofing. Having expert knowledge and skill set in at least two areas of the above listed is required for this position.

The idea candidate will reflect a clean and neat appearance, a respectful and positive demeanor on the job. You will be dealing with everyone from temp help to the clients of the job. Respect and care for tools and safety are also essential.
The job would provide a minimum of 32 hours a week but would average 40 hours, especially during the summer. Worksites are all over the city of Portland and the surrounding area. Drive time is paid for. Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision and retirement benefits. Tool allowance given every quarter.

Willing to hire a licensed contractor as well for this position, starting pay would be the same, but the first jump would be higher if it worked out well. Pay is based on experience and knowledge brought to the job.
