Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on in managing social media platforms, creating engaging relevant content, and implementing social media marketing strategies.
At Serenity IV & Wellness we are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and health. We are an IV drip lounge in an aesthetics salon. We are a startup company looking to expand and grow. Our ideal candidate has experience growing followings on social media and exposing businesses to communities that align with our brand voice. We are looking for someone to collaborate with our team of nurses and head of marketing. This is a place for those who wish to grow!
Duties:
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (IG/ TikTok) 3-5 posts per week as well as STORY posts.
-Create content calendar for approval before posting. Revision and editing will be needed.
-Create trending IG Reels and TikToks that do WELL. Over 3-5k views, please apply only if you have a portfolio to show success.
-Must be able to have influencer collaborations and POV content via IG/Tiktok with Tags.
- Assist in creating marketing material for promotions.
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and target audience
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and messages
- Engage with followers and build relationships through comments, likes, and shares
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
- Support graphic design efforts by creating visually appealing assets for social media posts
Experience:
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- MUST Have a following over 10k and influencer relationships
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading skills, and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social listening tools is a plus
PAY: 1099 contract position- 15-25 hours weekly
REMOTE/HYBRID in Rego Park, Queens NY
Requirements:
-Must have at least 2 year of social media content creation with success in growing the account.
-Must be able to come to the clinic at least 1x a week for minimum 2-4 hours to film.
-Must be willing to learn and be open minded
-Must be responsive and accountable.
