Duties will include using appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research. Analyzing subjective and objective data both qualitative and quantitative to gather deep end-user understanding. Performing usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution lifecycle. Communicating research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design. Defining the most usable workflows that align with the explicit design philosophy for products and/or solutions.
