Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Record Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the organization and maintenance of records related to our projects and operations. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone looking to start their career in the HVAC and electrical industry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining project records, including contracts, permits, and other related documents
- Input data accurately into the company's record-keeping system
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for record management
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
