Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Voice of Seller team seeks a Manager, Senior Program Manager with a strong technical skill set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. Over the last 20 years, the share of physical gross merchandise sales sold on Amazon by third-party Sellers has grown. With Sellers in multiple countries listing their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace, these Sellers are increasingly critical to delivering on Amazon’s vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will provide easy-to-use tools enabling Sellers to make intuitive choices about how they send their inventory into Amazon’s Fulfillment Network in order to make their selection available to customers globally.
You will join a dynamic team at the forefront of this vision. This role will expose you to Seller pain points and ability to reshape their experience by owning continuous improvements for a strategic global supply chain program.
You will develop and report on business metrics that enable your program goals, work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.
Key job responsibilities
• Handle immediate actions for Seller Pain points and Drive Seller Experience (SX) initiatives and leadership goals including Contacts Reopen rates, Negative response rates, Contacts Reductions, and contacts resolution SLAs
• Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners
• Identify automation opportunities to scale SX services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity across Established and Emerging Marketplaces
• Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals
• Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
• Partner closely with other program/product managers, category teams, operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
