As a Land Development Administrator you will support the pre-qualification process by collecting, compiling and maintaining bidder qualification information. Work with Land Development Superintendents to obtain inspections and permits, assist vendors with payment issues and assemble, distribute and track bid packages.

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
