HVAC Installer - Entry level

CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical experience as an installation technician.

Shop Location: Smithfield, RI

Pay Scale: $21.50/hour

Benefits: Medical Insurance (70% company paid - Family Options available), Dental and Vision Insurance, 10 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 401k with company match after 1 year.

Work Hours: 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 1 year of HVAC experience or schooling desired, but not required
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the installation of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 6' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 75 lb., access crawlspaces and attics
