As the HR Leader for Element Logic Americas, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our people strategy as part of our global People & Culture team. Your mission is to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that our people strategy drives sustainable growth in the U.S. and Latam markets. In this role, you will navigate both national and international HR frameworks, ensuring compliance while driving change and fostering a dynamic, forward-thinking workplace culture. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Align local HR practices with Element Logic’s global People & Culture strategy.
• Partner with local management to drive strategic and organizational HR development.
• Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Oversee key HR processes, including performance management, salary reviews, and employee relations.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to fuel business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth.
• Guide managers on HR policies, leadership, and employee development.
• Ensure structured, compliant HR operations, including payroll contributions and market benchmarking.
• Act as a key advisor on organizational culture, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Champion global HR initiatives, ensuring local adoption and impact.
• Shape and evolve the role while delivering value to the business.

Desired experience and personal skillsets:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Business-oriented, solution-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Global mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Skilled in balancing strategic and operational HR tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Physical demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be able to work effectively across time zones and accommodate team schedules.

Location: Carmel, Florida or Los Angeles

Start date: To be agreed upon
