As a Graphic Designer at Enlighten, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and collaborate with a team of creative professionals. We are looking for someone with a strong artistic eye and a passion for design to help bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for both print and digital media
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts and meet project objectives
• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• Develop and maintain brand identities for various clients, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design skills and techniques
• Conduct research and gather references to inform and inspire design concepts
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven graphic design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Salary

$100,000 - $150,000 Annually
