Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

As an Events Assistant, you play a vital supporting role in planning and executing successful events that reflect our brand, engage our audience, and achieve our business goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, creativity, and teamwork.
Working closely with the Events Manager and other stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and organisation of events (corporate, promotional, internal, etc.)
Source venues, suppliers, and vendors as needed
Help prepare event materials, signage, and giveaways
Support event set-up, registration, and guest coordination
Liaise with vendors, venue staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Troubleshoot issues as they arise on the day of the event
Maintain event calendars and track deadlines
Handle logistics-related paperwork, contracts, and budgeting
Collect post-event feedback and help with reporting and analysis
Assist with promotional activities and social media content
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to support event campaigns
Help manage RSVP lists and guest communication
