**Position 1: Manufacture & Logistic Part**
**Job Title**: Dental Prosthetic Technician
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Prosthetic Technician to fabricate dental prostheses and appliances based on precise specifications.
This role involves managing equipment, inventory, and logistics while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.
Preferred: Experience in dental labs/clinics and bilingual in English and Korean
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and operate 3D printers and milling equipment.
- Operate CAM programs for dental appliance manufacturing.
- Post-process surgical guides, customizations, and temporary crowns.
- Manage logistics inventory and orders.
- Operate the Logistics ERP System.
- Prepare products for shipping.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Dental Technician or similar role (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CAD software and medical imaging systems.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions.

We are looking for a Full-Arch Planning Assistant to provide high-quality services by supporting customer service and full-arch case planning with professional knowledge and expertise.
Preferred: Experience in dental labs/clinics and bilingual in English and Korean
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and manage full-arch case files.
- Conduct data analysis for case planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their cases.
- Manage production timelines and delivery schedules.
- Provide training to clients.
- Handle TeamViewer sessions for case reviews and customer support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
**Requirements**
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, essential for surgical procedure-related tasks.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Dental knowledge or experience (preferred but not mandatory).
