Position: Consultant (1-3 Years of Experience)

Position Summary
MSI Consultants support Federal executives in solving their most complex management and operational challenges. The incumbent for this position will be offered numerous opportunities to immediately contribute on meaningful projects and to gain experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., performance management, strategy, transformation, and project management), and to build a dynamic career on a solid foundation.
Our clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to large Federal Government agencies. Our engagements support the highest levels of management alongside hands-on deployment. We are looking for professional, savvy, and ambitious individuals to join our firm, helping us provide excellent solutions to our customers.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have an academic background in finance, management, business administration, public administration, engineering, technology, information systems, and/or government. 0-5 years of consulting experience including deliverable development is essential including creating executive reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and written work products.
