This firm has been in practice for 25+ years and has a good support system in place. They pride themselves on having good mentorship and advisors, a growing practice, an established client base and offers a partnership track for those interested. Qualifications:

* 3+ years civil litigation (defense or plaintiff)
* MD license, in good standing
* Ability to work on bigger cases
* Excellent communication, writing and research skills
* Works well in a team environment and independently
