Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant to assist our clients, primarily travel advisors, in planning memorable journeys to Africa. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting personalized travel experiences, ensuring every detail aligns with clients' expectations and preferences. Your role will involve the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on African destinations, activities, accommodations, and experiences to help clients choose the best options for their trip.
Assist clients in setting realistic budgets and create customized travel packages that align with their financial plans.
Collaborate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in various African destinations to ensure seamless trip logistics.
Design detailed, day-by-day itineraries tailored to clients' unique needs, including their interests, preferences, age groups, and budgets.
Stay in touch with clients throughout the planning process, making necessary adjustments to travel plans as circumstances change.
Offer support in resolving any unforeseen challenges, such as flight cancellations or hotel booking issues, ensuring clients' trips go smoothly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the travel industry, especially in planning trips to Africa.
Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with both clients and partners.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of African destinations.
